The Lone Ranger


The original masked man of the Ol' West is back in a brand new movie from Jerry Bruckheimer starring Armie Hammer as The Lone Ranger and (this is exciting!) Johnny Depp as his faithful Indian companion, Tonto.

The movie recounts the origin of the masked Texas Ranger and his fight against crime in the Ol' West guided and abetted by Tonto his Indian 'brother'.

Insight Editions has just released a beautiful oversize hardbound book  aptly called, 'The Lone Ranger Behind The Mask: On The Trail Of An Outlaw Epic" written and compiled by Michael Singer.

Jerry Bruckheimer provides the Foreword, Afterwords from Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer and an Introduction from Gore Verbinski, the director.

The book follows the making of a legend with full color photographs from behind-the-scenes,  with sections about the cast, production, costumes, stunts, building the trains and towns, The Lone Ranger's horse Silver, special effects, makeup and hair and so much more.

Film buffs are sure to get a thrill from all the inside information provided in the book complemented with a plethora of photos, cast and crew comments, insider secrets and the entire production design and implementation.
