Audi R8, Mustang GT, Challenger SRT8 and Camaro ZL1

I really like the redesign Revell Models has done with its SnapTite and 10+ model kits.

Too often plastic model manufacturers cater to the tried and true veteran model makers who have years experience gluing, painting and decaling models of all genres.

In order for model making to survive it must attract new, younger, model makers and if their initial experience is too complicated they may not continue model making.

Revell understands this and has designed and manufactured model kits that make model making easier for younger, inexperienced model makers.  By starting out slow (no glue, no paint and no decals) and progressing with model kits that require more skill as the model makers age, Revell assures that model making will be around for decades to come.

Three new SnapTite, Build & Play model kits include two Audi R8s (one blue, one orange) and one 2015 Mustang Mustang GT in yellow.

Each kit comes equipped with minimal pieces, pre-painted chassis, assembled wheel and tire units and several smaller snap-on parts.

Presto! In no time at all young model makers can assemble three new models that not only make excellent display pieces but they can even be played with!  What kid can resist!?

For the bit older model maker (10+) two new kits are available.  Both are packaged in boxes with see-thru panels showcasing the fully painted chassis and chrome wheels.

They are 2013 Camaro ZL1 in red and the 2013 Challenger SRT8 in purple.  Both have accent racing strips, require glue and contain 40+ pieces.

Slightly more challenging than the SnapTite vehicles the 10+ auto kits require 2 to 3 hours of work but the payoff is spectacular model kits.
